Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, profile image (when supplied), account plan and AI usage count. We also keep the session records needed to keep your account signed in securely.

When you contact Raman Bhardwaj through WhatsApp or phone, the information you choose to share is also handled by that communications provider under its own privacy terms.

The free Kundli calculation runs in your browser. The website does not store the details entered into the calculator unless you are signed in and explicitly choose “Save Kundli”.

A saved Kundli includes its label/name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, country, latitude, longitude, time zone and calculated chart. It is attached to your account, can be opened or deleted from your dashboard, and is kept until you delete it or request account deletion.

Saved Kundlis are not visible to other members. An authorised Ramanstrology administrator may open a saved Kundli only when needed for a consultation requested by you, customer or technical support, or an account or data request. The administrator must select a purpose before opening it; the administrator, purpose and access time are recorded in a private audit log.

If you save a date from the personal Gochar calendar, we store the related Kundli reference, transit date, planet, movement type, zodiac sign and natal house. Saved Gochar dates appear in your dashboard and can be deleted there; deleting the related Kundli also deletes its saved transit dates.

Course progress can be used as a guest and is then kept only in that browser. If you sign in, completed lessons, quiz results, certificates, study days, learning goals, experience and pace preferences, reminder preferences, private lesson notes and bookmarks are attached to your account so they can be used across devices. Guest progress is merged with account progress after sign-in.

City or postal-code searches may be sent to the Open-Meteo geocoding service so the calculator can resolve a location and time zone. Review the details before sharing a generated PDF with anyone else.

When a signed-in visitor sends a consultation request, we store the name, verified email, phone number, requested service and meeting mode, selected available slot or preferred date, time and time zone, main question, and any optional birth details they choose to provide.

The request is attached to that visitor’s account and is available to Raman Bhardwaj for reviewing, confirming and completing the consultation. Booking status updates may appear as in-app dashboard notifications. When an external notification service is configured, the booking reference, contact details, service, meeting mode, appointment time and status may be sent securely to that provider so Raman Bhardwaj and the visitor can receive operational booking alerts. Main questions and optional birth details are not included in those external alerts.

These records are retained for service administration until they are no longer reasonably needed, or until an applicable deletion request is completed.

Your prompt and recent conversation context are sent to an external AI provider to generate a reply. Ramanstrology does not save astrology questions as an account chat history, although account-level usage totals are recorded to apply plan limits and protect the service.

Do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, legal or identity information in AI prompts. Kiwi Pandit provides general educational information, not a personal reading or professional advice.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Please sign out on shared devices and contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

Information is used to operate accounts, provide plan allowances, generate requested services, prevent misuse and respond to enquiries. It is shared only with service providers needed for those purposes, or when required by law.

Account and session information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting Raman Bhardwaj by phone or WhatsApp.
