Why can this date differ from an Indian calendar?+
Tithi and Nakshatra are astronomical intervals, while the civil date and sunrise boundary depend on location. A correct overseas Panchang must use the local city.
Is the highest-scoring window a final Muhurat?+
No. It is a transparent Panchang shortlist. A final election may also require participant charts, Tara Bala, Lagna, tradition and practical constraints.
